combination is greater than 55 but less than 70....
first digit seems to be 6....

I finally received my Fisher's Torque after one week and a couple hours of farming Outer Horutoto Ruins - Amaryllis Tower for about 6 hours per day. Prowess level for Treasure Caskets was at level 5 and the Treasure Casket dropped off of one of the low level Goblins in the first main room of the tower. It was an amazing and rewarding feeling to finally receive it, but I must agree--the drop rate is a tad bit too low. xD

I spent about three days (5-6 hours per) farming chests off the low level gobs with max box level and had no luck. I got two torques in about a 4 hour span killing Fetor Bats. Perhaps the higher level mobs give the torque more frequently, or maybe I was just lucky.

Over 50 hours of farming later, with level 5 treasure casket obtained this in Outer Horutoto Ruins in the Amaryllis Tower.

Biianka has the right of it- it does indeed drop from the caskets off the low lvl mobs. Post'd a screenshot to confirm this.

All Kupopower, 12h+, Casket Lv. 5 x2 Character = No Drop. Good Luck everyone!

Drop rate is unbelievably insulting. Even with kupopowers and prowess at lvl 5, be prepared to be there for hours on end to a point of hallucinating.

Not gonna lie... got it in 1st chest. Chest came from a Bat.I feel bad for everyone faming this over day/weeks >_<
