Why do you not get the full 2000 achievement points once you achieve Captain rank?

SE's site doesn't show captain rank, it only goes up to FL, so that's what FFXIAH shows.
Until SE sorts the site you will never get your points for being captain (or even have it show you as captain).
That's odd because right now my title is Captain.
Well it was right after I did the update, but it seems now it reverted back to Battle of Jeuno Veteran. (Which is odd because I did that fight about a month ago and have gone through many titles since.)

Is this still a known issue or do I have an isolated problem? I have the captain title showing on my character page but it doesn't register me for the achievement points.
Still known. There will be an announcement once a fix is in place.

Necro bump, I know but... I got Captain status about a week ago and it's still not showing up after I queue for update. Weird...
Nothing weird if you can read the posts above you. Bug hasn't been fixed. Use Guildwork or it won't show up on your profile.

Well, it's been nearly 3 years since the last post, so chances are it would have been fixed by now.
You do realize this is Square Enix you're taking about, right?
