I've had this same issue before as well, usually when they bill us. Simple fix, just need to reactivate them on POL.
I get this problem every month, as I'm sure you're aware, you need to have like 1 pound(dollar? whatever you pay with) on your card to reenter the card details. It can be a real arse.
Usually. Though I don't think they actually take it. I think it charges the money, then gives it back to make sure the card is valid. Then you just need to reactivate the content ID, it should give you the option to do so when you log in, done!

Ya check your card, my friend and I had that issue and it was b/c he got a new card in. We already changed our info b4 all that crap happened.
IF your on top of things, nothing like this ever happens.
