When it first came out, it couldn't connect to the 3g network. Was a big article of it on msn. I don't know if they fixed it or not, from what ppl said in the article, some were not happy cause of it and when they called they would send them back and forth to t-mobile and HTC(I think htc).
When the Nexus was originaly released there was, of course, many problems with it. Such as: It having trouble connecting to 3g services and alot of little defects here and there. The major problem was google having not nearly enough customer support to handle all the calls. If your interested in an Android phone I would wait for the new Sony Ericsson Android phone that's coming out. I have the Samsung Moment with sprint and I love the Android OS.
