'Packet' injection through ashita or windower is done by adding your instructions(each 'packet' is an instruction not a real udp packet, despite the terminology used) to an already existing incoming UDP packet buffer. If the buffer is already at a size limit, no further instructions can be added to it. I am not sure how windower's size limit works, but I noticed in the discussion about precast/midcast swaps that it is much smaller than Ashita's at times. There isn't a way around it with the existing software.
