Windower Resolition

I am having an issue where when I use Default settings, the window is too small, if I try to change the resolution, it forces the setting to 0/0 for some reason, and if I try to use borderless/fullscreen it crashes the game, saying "Terminated as error occurred in Final Fantasy XI. Failed to initialize Direct3D"
