Error 1706: Can't Find POL Or Tetra Master.msi

Installing the game again and I'm having a few issues. Any help would be appreciated.

Right off the bat I want to say that I downloaded all the files into one folder from the SE page like everyone suggests. The only issue I had was that before I did this, I installed POL by itself. This lead to me uninstalling POL and reinstalling again.

Now, after a long night of updates, I'm getting an error:

"The feature you're trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "POL Viewer Tetra Master.msi"

Basically, it can't find the installation, so I dumped everything into one folder hoping it would help. No luck.


I'm on different forums reading for an hour now. Hoping someone from the community could help.

If you still have the .001, .002, and .003 files from the downloads,

install 7zip if you dont have it,

select all 3, right click -> 7zip -> extract to "whateveritis\"

the MSI should be contained in one of the new subfolders that got decompressed

Whether or not pointing it back to that installer fixes anything i don't know.

Thank you for your input. I contacted SE and they said to uninstall/reinstall. Apparently I didn't follow the instructions properly. Womp womp.
