Nope, no one knows the formulas.

I have made some calculators that will help you compare a few stats.

This one is for magic blood pacts, comparing BP Dmg to Pet:MAB:

This one is for 3-hit physical blood pacts (Volt Strike & Pred Claws basically), comparing BP Dmg to Pet:DA: https://pastebin.com/WQ1Gn8Hs

When it comes to things like pet:acc or pet:atk though, it's guesswork.
