Is anyone up for some UFO organ farming sometime? A friend and I both need one to finish our set.

What jobs do you have? Depending on what the 2 of you have, you're pretty much already good to go.

Ul'Yovra easy duo
Om'Yovra difficult duo, easy trio.

I go mnk rdm brd for trio mnk rdm for duo

Unless you can solo Om' don't see the point. Duo/Trio Om' = 100% drop.

If you can't get help that'd be the point. Also as long as you can run faster and outdot the regen pretty sure sch can eventually

Om has stronger regen. I'd have to see a solo done on one of those to believe it lol.

Tbh, possibly, unless you can kite purely on land w/o going over water. Would be interesting to see, anyhow.

I find it easier to duo NQ and HQ on MNK + BRD than on MNK + RDM.

I don't see how brd would be easier than rdm, especially on the HQ

Evasion tanking? More hastes for recast? Bigger slow?

Try it, I just like having more haste from marches and more slow from elegy than slow II + blind.

edit:
I'ts not like i'm gonna get hit anyways, I won't need much curing. I'd only take damage from some TP moves.

Yea, just when ***hits the fan though, prefer the mp and curing ability of rdm. A lot of those tp move can't be dodged and leave you wide open afterward. A V-barrage will do about 1k dmg and leave you shadowless. The Ion shower move will leave you stunned/shadowless ect. Seems riskier to me.

Um I would think the brd would stay close for V barrage? Idk

Puts him in a bad position for all the other AoEs though and don't see how a brd/whm would be able to keep up on the healing.

I think he was implying he'd only get hit by the AOE moves the rest would be shadowed

Yea, I get what he was saying, still greater potential to get bent over at any given unlucky second than w/ a rdm though.

The nastier aoes strip shadows.

0:01 - Cast ni

0:03 - Get hit w/ aoe

0:04 - get hit

I'd personally stick w/ rdm because its good to have the cure buffer and its not impossible to do w/o the additional slow.

Once you get it below 25% it'll get spammy w/ its tp moves as well instead of holding tp. Will get a good number of back to back tp moves in a short duration.

Doesn't subtle blow help? I mean a mnk hitting mob by itself shouldn't feed that much tp. Idk never fought them with melee dmg

Subtle blow just reduces the amount given per hit, does'nt elininate it. When yo uare hitting as fast as you are w/ the marches and haste gear, it'll still tp a lot.

I think it was E-11 we use to duo Om with Rdm and Sch. There is a big Bush type thing there you just kite it around. Keep Dots on it and Nuke / Bind / Gravity.... Was an easy duo ^^ (10-15min maybe?)
