Needing Some Advice Regarding Gearing

I'm getting close to finishing my Aegis and was looking through the sticky for some ideas. Right now I'm sitting on a set of a mix of reforged AF and Relic +1. Accuracy is a big thing we seem to need. What are some pieces I can use to get into endgame tanking? I know some of the Yorium set is used. I'm really just looking for some guidance for progression.

Also, how often are the melee sets used overall? Just trying to prioritize.

Here's a pretty basic easy to acquire set:

Darkness Earring: -2% PDT
Dark Ring x2: -6% PDT
Xaddi Boots: Path B

Focus on your tanking set(s) first. Then you can start on your melee set(s).
