Has anyone lost access to their mog safe 2/mog floor 2 including any items stored? This bug has been reported on their forums yet SE does nothing to fix it. :(

Just lost Bastock flag inside Mog safe 2 befor I could even place it on the wall on 2nd floor still waiting for GM to respond to help me get it back just glad I got my important gear out of it. (;.;)

Someone reported that logging in and out fixed it for them, so perhaps you guys should try that.

What is this logging out you speak of? I thought you just go to Adoulin and afk at the mog house when you need to go somewhere?

Logging out/shutting down did not fix... Anyone had any luck getting it back?

Having the exact same problem. Have definitely done all the prerequisite quests and everything else. When I'm in my MH in my home nation I can access the second floor, but there is no option to select Mog Safe II. When I talk to my moogle my options are Mog Safe, Storage, Mog Locker, etc- skips over where the second Mog Safe would be.

There is a thread on the OF, but SE hasn't responded yet.

If you're using out of date .dat UI mods, the menu option for mog safe 2 is most likely broken.

The 2.26 version of FFXI View works with mog safe:

Make a thread on the OF about something that's supposedly broken and it turns out it's because of 3rd party tools/game modifications. No wonder SE hasn't replied lol.
