Well if its bugging you, just delete it since you did say you can delete it.

But I don't think there's a bug... unless you can reproduce the error. I mean unless you can reproduce an error, else its really hard to look into. In the end, it could be you leaking your PW out, someone logged in to make a comment or someone went to your house, was bored so made a comment under your account. This could all be just a typical human error to begin with ;)
