Tumafyrig Max Stats?

I got one of these from a Delve run recently and was curious if it can be made to beat Balsam Staff. It has two paths with potential; Path B has MAcc and MAB, Path C has Attack and MAB.

I decided to do Path B, and dumped 3 Airlixir+2s into it which brought it to rank 11. The stats were M.Acc+11, MAB+11, which leads me to believe it maxes at +15 and +15, for a total of 115 MAB which still doesn't beat Balsam.

Has anyone done Rank C, and can you tell if it goes higher than 120 total? Conversely, are there any reports of people beating Balsam with Uffrat+2 yet? It seems like it might be possible but I've not heard of anyone doing it.

Rank 15 C is Pet:MAB/ATK +15, PDT -5 (no pet pdt)

Darn, looks like a decent Flaming Crush staff if you don't have Nirvana maybe, but otherwise pretty underwhelming. Thanks for the info!
