Last Scanned: Where's The Scan Love?

Hey there-

It looks like my character profile hasn't been scanned for the last 21 days. I only noticed because i've gotten a handful of levels in that period. I double checked my linkshell profile info and it seems up to date within at least a day or two.

Am i doing something wrong? Or is 21 days a normal scan period?

I'm also curious how often the scans happen, or what the conditions to trigger one are, mine hasn't been updated in 27 days so far.

Is there a way to force a rescan on a single profile?

Delete the link to your community profile page. Save. Insert the link to your community profile.

Profiles that are stale for more than 24 hours are scanned. So if something hasn't been scanned for several days means there is a problem. It is usually a bad URL or the resulting page produces an error.

You can also get your profile updated quicker by going to edit chars and click submit. I plan on adding a button to make this function more obvious.
