Not Loading Data For Char...

My character data hasnt' loaded the past 2 weeks, but ive notice all my friends char data has been updated. I only ask cause i was trying to see my new rank with my 75 rdm on it. But it still says im 62 from 2 weeks ago lol

Same. My char has not been updated for I think a week now.

Mine says my RNG is still 66.. i leveld up last sunday so its been 5 days since it has updated me

Going and editing my profile then clicking save seems to have updated my char. But I don't want to have to do this every couple days...

The automated collection routine seems busted. Re-saving your profile forces the system to update your character as soon as it can. Until the automated collection is fixed, you'll likely have to do this if you want your profile information updated.

Unfortunately manually trying to make it update my profile doesn't work.

I've deleted the URL, saved, then re-added the URL. It even says the last scan was 2 minutes ago but it's not updating correctly. I went to the community profile page and it does have my job levels correct but my profile here does not have the correct information. Wonder what the problem is.

Interesting, under my name it says 43RDM but on my profile page it still has RDM at 37 and PLD at 62....

I'm having the same trouble, I tried to edit my char manually but still nothing. Under my name it has my job as 75 Bard but the boxes still say Im 74.

Looks fine to me. Boxes show as 75 from my end. Last updated an hour ago.

I did notice that the vast majority of your LS Comm site info is set to not be public though.

Hmmm thats weird, I had it all set to public earlier. But yeah, bard is the 75 job not updating. Still showing as 74 to me.

ETA: Also just noticed that my "Hide Equip" box is unchecked, but my equip still isnt showing up on my page, either.

Just checked your LS Comm profile again, by clicking the link on your user profile page. It's almost entirely set to non-public. Realize that there are two public settings -- you need to have everything set to public even if the person is not logged in, not just public to logged in accounts, which is how it's set now. FFXIAH.com is unable to see most of your profile data, so it's not updating/displaying on our end.

I just tried to reset it to Public (all). Maybe that'll help it update. I thought I had done that last night after originally posting but when I went back, it still said display only to logged in. Guess I didn't confirm it. :x
