ThreeSixFive - Who are we?

We are an established lowman endgame linkshell comprised of dedicated and active veteran players on the Asura server. We run a variety of events from 7pm EST onwards, with smaller linkshell groups running events at various times.


What do we do?

As a linkshell, our aim is to efficiently farm all of the current endgame events available to us, while preparing ourselves for the new expansions release in late March.

Currently, we are participating in Dynamis/ADL, Legion, Einherjar V1 and V2, Limbus V1 and V2, Meeble Burrows, NNI, Voidwatch and Salvage V1 and V2.


What are we looking for?

Our group currently consists of around 14 people, and we are aiming to add another 4-6 members to our team. In our current team, we all have secondary/tertiary accounts which for many events are multiboxed, however, with events such as Legion we need a core group of 18 members to effectively farm.

We are currently looking for people who are keen to play on mage jobs, however exceptions will be made for certain R/E/M DD.

We believe in flexibility as a linkshell, so even though you might be recruited as a main mage, there will be events where it would be acceptable to use other jobs.


What do we expect from you?

We understand the vicious cycle of players needing good gear to get into an LS, but the LS wont accept players without good gear. We are more skill focused. We would rather you, as an applicant, used your initiative to gear yourself appropriately with whatever is available to you. As a linkshell we can easily cap new members out with NNI gear, abyssea items, empyrean weapons etc but knowing how and when to use them is far more vital.

In terms of time requirements, ideally the more you can attend the stronger your application will be. Someone only able to attend two runs a week will not benefit the linkshell as much as someone who can attend every night. However, if you are a more casual player, as long as this is made clear when applying you will still be considered.


How do drops work?

As a small linkshell, we feel that wish lists are the most efficient way to distribute drops, while selling extra items for weekly payouts.

We're opening recruitment again - mainly for those with a desire to play SMN and SCH. There may be a slot or two open for very well geared DD with appropriate E/R weapons.
