Scheduled Shout Groups Template

Tired of waiting around in PJ not knowing if a shout is going to happen? Unload all your gear so you can go out for a round of fishing/farming/crafting only to see a shout group for the VWNM you have been waiting for? Happens to everyone sooner or later

Easy enough,

Template with x amount of slots for forming pugs.
6/12/18 whatever

Fill in a time/timezone you want to start(approx)
Title with what you want to do(VW, Nyzul, Dynamis, exp, whatever)
Fill in what jobs you want/need
ex:
6PM PST
Qilin x 6~12
1:WAR
2:DRK
3:SAM
4:BRD
5:COR
6:WHM

7: BLM
8: BLM
9: JOB
10:JOB
11:JOB
12:JOB

13:WHM
14:DD
15:DD
16:DD
17:DD
18:BRD

People visit the page and fill in what job they want to take from whats available

drop down menus for job slots

60 characters for notes or something next to each slot so you can put gear or w/e someone wants to know.


That way instead of shouting for an hour to fill up, you can get home from work/school/whatever and have a head start on finding people.

Ideas/thoughts?

Sounds like more of a headache than shouting.

The issue would be people signing up for slots then not showing up... well one of many.

You'd just end up shouting for empty spots anyway.

The point is, you aren't logged in, are unable to, or not in jeuno. Worst case scenario, you have to do WHAT EVERYONE ALWAYS HAS TO DO. Best case, you roll right on time and never have to shout. If it seems too complicated for you, you probably aren't the one organizing shout groups anyway.
