There is no level 24 sword with +5 Attack that I have been able to find.

The recipe to craft it is correct, but the sword data is wrong, correct information is as follows:

San d'Orian Sword
(Sword) All Races
DMG: 11 Delay: 222 HP +4
Lv. 15 WAR/RDM/THF/PLD/DRK/BST
BRD/RNG/NIN/DRG/BLU/COR
