okay.... i'm kinda never understand what chr realy do for song on brd.... i know that every 1 wind skill = 1 macc , so i was wondering why do we need chr if we can put macc on every place or some wind skill? does chr help to make the debuff stronger?

i meant i shoot supose carnage elegy on a mob! will it be better to gear all macc to touch it and land it or chr ? does chr will help that carnage will stay more long? that the only thing i don't understand a lot atm about song about bard....

Does is it better to gear chr when i sing a buff song for ppl or wind skill? (i know that magic accuracy will serve to nothing).

2 CHR = 1 M.acc more or less depending on dCHR, it does nothing to buff or debuff potency, and only further enhances m.acc

short answer: use both, prioritizing m.acc, and if chr comes along with the piece, great

Concerning buffs: CHR does absolutely nothing, buff in {Song Type}+ > Skill > Song duration
