What's the best way to ensure I grow Vomp Carrots? I have been unable to find a guide specifically for growing them. Is it just luck after planting and caring for the seeds?

I think its...
Earthen pot, wildgrass seed, earth crystal.

but I havent grown vomp carrots for over a year...

So basically once I plant the seeds it could turn out to be one of 5 things? Also, do I need any time of skill level for this?

no skill at all.
just make sure to check the plant once an earth day and give it the crystal.

Adding the crystal happens on what day? I planted on Sunday evening, and they are growing fine, but I have not recieved anything about adding a crystal yet.

It depends on the kind of pot and the kind of moghancement you have. I'm a gardener, and I use usually only wooden/arcane pots otherwise Porcelain; can get 15+ carrots out of one pot, or a lot of gysahl greens, etc.
