I dislike the Dead Space games so far, because for some reason, they seem to think cheap startle moments and having a limited inventory means it's a horror game. I'd probably enjoy them a lot more if they didn't attempt to color your disposition the wrong way jumping in. If looked at as a Survival Adventure and not Horror, it stands up pretty well. I know Labels are kind of arbitrary, but it's like when you request "No Onions" and that ***has onions on it. Sure you can take them off(Unless they chop them up to a *** nanometer, goddamn White Castle) but still! Experience ruined!

~Yeah that's the same reason I dislike the Dead space series.

It kinda reminded me of Metroid prime in a way too, and I really hate the Metroid series to play.

I play it with my surround sound turned up and bass at 100%. Definitely adds to the effect since the game actually supports true surround sound.

I've been playing through it slowly, it's pretty enjoyable, but frustrating.

After playing Amnesia, Dead Space will never seem scary again.

Though there were some creepy enemies that you don't often expect to see in video games.

There's only been really one or two parts that made me jump in DS2, and that's purely cause they decided to blare a TV screen with some weird hallucination ***or something just jumped right in my face in a closed corner :x
