Only place I can think of would be Ifrit's Cauldron on bombs.

Or level syncing somewhere else.

Fire weather doesn't exist.

While it does, it's the rarest of them all in my personal experience. In my fire Taipan fangs+1 trails, from start to finish, didn't get a single fire weather. Had to do it all on Firesday.

Agree with Tiger's statement though, hunting down fire weather even for just unlocking SMN can be difficult. :/

These players and NINs are almost always here, can bum a run with them usually. I went there to get help learning Cannonball. :P
