ok after the 20th attempt, finally loaded up. Strange thing is that i still got the msg "notifying server..." but after roughly 30s it continued to load (finally!). Keep retrying and it looks to go thru, at least on sylph.

Got a new wrinkle with a twist to add to this *** that's going on. Besides all the aforementioned issues now when I do manage to get beyond the aquiring player data screen everything freezes up and goes black instead of going to the select character screen.
