Rogue's Poulaines +1
Rogue's Poulaines extend Flee duration by an extra 15 seconds. Does anyone know if Rogue's Poulaines +1 extend that by an addition 15 seconds to total a 30 second increase to the already 30 second flee? More clearly, would the maximum increase total 45 seconds or 60 seconds?

Ya I have flee merited and it gives the +15, but they are good to have. Can save you in a pinch and an extra 15 can mean anything.

Why would meriting the recast affect the duration...? And why on earth would you merit flee recast over SA or triple attack in the first place?
