Trial 11 - Hippogryphs

Now i can solo them @ 85, no problem, they just take a while, and killing 400, sucks.

Ive been using a friend to afk level sync @ 75 for strato hippogryphs in riverne site b. Says their is 22 spawns, but i can find 5...

Does anyone know where they are, or does anyone on Bahamhut wanna team up for this trioal in Grauberg?

Try JP hours if possible :x When Erudisia and I were doing our OAT daggers, there were usually 2-3 JPs there.

In Grauberg? Only ever seen me D: there are jp's there now, doing plantoid killer D: lol

u know what else sucks? 400 gnoles...who the hell does gnoles? took 14 hrs to solo them. good luck with your hippos

2-3 good THFs can massacre the hippos in Grauberg easy peasy. Just TA off each other and time SA for 500+ SC's. This is my current trial. I would of been done in 4 hours but I had to take a nap due to nightshift.

This is easily the most peaceful trial you'll probably ever do.

You know what else sucks? Peistes. I will hate those things for the rest of my life.

How was that? Did you solo them? For plantoids it's going to be Abyssea tahrongi, and dragons is abyssea vunkerl for puks. My only real concern is the peiste and buffalo.

Buffalo's just sound like it's a hard trial, but it really isn't. Do you know why? Because after you're done with peistes every other trial after that feels easy.

Peistes are annoying as hell. If you do solo it's going to take you a while because it feels like quadavs aggro you from a million yalms away (assuming you do it in Grausberg (sp?)). If you're on thf I guess it isn't too bad because you have blind bolts, but I did it on DNC and it was annoying as hell.
I say if you have a party go to the crystal at pashlow (sp?). I never really had a pt when I did it though, so it was mostly solo or with a couple other people (usually drks).

As for the buffalo trial, solo it can feel like it takes a while, but if you have 2 people it makes a world of differnece and it's actaully one of the easier trials I think.

Wait to see the 600 buffallo, u gotta think it was easy ***...
Only annoyin move of peist is their bind attack, no big deal.
