In slots where it allows, should I use blue magic skill + or just stack mind as much as I can?

Unless PE is different from the other blue healing spells, blue magic skill does nothing for it. Easy way to confirm is cast it naked, then cast it wearing AF body and see no change. Stack MND + Cure Potency wherever you can to boost the healing.

I can confirm the ineffectiveness of Blue Magic skill on Plenilune Embrace.

487 without any gear on
492 with my Blue Magic skill set on (and the +5 increase was only a result of me adding MND+3 boots)

It's actually a good learning experience for me too. Now I know I need a set specifically for healing Blue Magic too.

Does healing magic skill affect it? I remember healing skill affected some of the previous blu heals. Just curious if it does for plenilune.
