Just curious which is better for BLU. I'd assume Prism due to low base damage, but I haven't played in a while..

For? Anyways it would be too dependendent on what you are using and mob stats and for spells BA and your current gear. So should probably math it out.

I'd say prism for more things. Especially ones that use both stats
