Idk how many of you have seen this new Atma from the Colibri NM in Miseraux... it has enhance rice balls on it (funny coming from a colibri....) but it also has haste+ (minor rating).....
Now my question is this...where does this fall in the cap? Magic haste, since Atmas are buffs?

I would say Equipment haste, as Atma of Ambition gives 24% movement speed, which doesn't stack with equipment, but I can still use it with Bolter's and Mazurka (tested myself) I don't have the Atma that falls from that NM, so I cannot do any testing to actually see for myself.
it would be so utterly SICK if it went towards the gear cap (i thought it might fall under it since you "equip" a specific Atma) because it would very much loosen up builds to play around with ^^
Perhaps, if it were equipment haste I could go /WAR or /NIN and maintain potentially capped haste, but if it were magic haste I could continue going /DRG which I feel is a stronger subjob for my SAM because of the weapon I'm using, and with DA hurting its Occ. Atk. twice proc rate.
well if I don't necessarily have to wear as much haste as I do now, I can 5 hit the WS dmg+10% GK, which is fairly nice to /war with cuz DA procing on WS is nice
