Well after reading all 7 pages, i just want to say thank you to Jaerik and Scragg. Personally i probably wont block anyone as i generally like to see it no matter what it is so i dont feel like im missing out. That doesnt mean i'm not happy with the function, in turn it will stop *** hitting my screen by people not replying or starting fights.
Edit: also a question which i didnt see answered on the first page which i am curious about, if you block someone and they start a thread does the second post look like the OP?

The block is mono-directional.
It's best if you guys think about this like the FF11 in-game blacklist. It works pretty much exactly the same way with the same limitations and functionality.

I made a simple block list manager that lists the people you block and the ability to unblock them. It will appear on the members menu as "Block List". I plan on making this page more powerful but it should be sufficient for now.
