Fusetto Evisceration DMG +10%

So i made this dagger as an easy high dmg place holder until i figure out which daggers ill try for.

Anyway, say i got a higher base DMG dagger for main hand and i still wanted to use the Fusetto offhand. I'm wondering if the 10% EVI dmg will carry over and still apply to mainhand.

I have no way to physically test because i don't have another base dmg 37 dagger at my disposal so the results will be skewed. So I'm wondering if anyone has a way to test or a mathematical solution to figure it out.

My assumption is that it will carry over, but you know what happens when you assume.

The EVI damage will not work offhand.

This was tested by someone using a Cyclone DMG+ dagger, the extra damage was only applied in main
